What Causes Lump Near The Vaginal Opening?
Hi I m a bit concerned that I ve notice there is a hard little lump just near the opening of my vagina above were the pee hole is. . It doesn t hurt nor itch but have notice my pee smell is a bit strong then usual. Also recently had sex with boyfriend with a condom and notice it swells up more after... Please help

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to bartholinitis. If you send a picture then it will be more helpful in identifying. Hot fomentation and betadine ointment application locally will be helpful. If there is no improvement then antibiotic will be needed. In case of puss collection incision and drainage is advised also.
