What Causes Lump On Head And Dizziness?

I have lump on my head for a few years now. Its on top off center to the left feels like my bone is over lapping another bone. No pain but if i play with it for a while i get dizzy and my eye sight gets fuzzy lol. Im 25 noticed it about 1.5 ago never thought anything of it

Hi.

Without a history of trauma it is best to get yourself examined and also best for you to play with things other than the lump, hehe. Do find time and get yourself examined. Could be a cyst, some do dissappear but some can last.
