What Causes Lump On Neck And Chest?

Hi, My son (13 years old) had a lump on his neck, I was now told that it has now moved to his chest & might come up to his neck again, and causes problems to his ears? I had TB after giving birth to him, I was treated for it. We also had him checked at the time, all was clear.

it can only be lymph gland. it may be primary complex. investigation may be done in this respect. x-ray pa view chest, mantouxtest and blood hemogram be done. in my opinion empirical anti tuberculous treatment may be started and progress be observed.
