What Causes Lump On Neck, Pain And Numbness In Hands?

I have a lump on the right side of my neck and within the last year it has grown from the size of a walnut to the size of a small apple. My shoulder has pain, and my right hand fingers are numb when I wake up. My doctor 4 years ago said it was a nodule and would not grow. now I have pain and numbness in my hands in the morning.

For this patient should get x ray of that particlar region, and should be given adequate pain relief. If x ray doesn't show anything then nect CT/MRI should be done.
