What Causes Lump On Penis After Oral Sex?

Hello, a few nights ago my wife gave me oral sex and i guess she was a little rough with her hand (squeezing and pulling too hard). Afterwards, i noticed a large lamp on the side of the shaft right below the head of the penis and a longer oblong lump that stretches over the top of the penis just below the head. It is this way when erect and also flacid. When feeling it, it feels like a solid vein that can be traced all the way around the shaft just below the head of the penis. There is no discolouration or discomfort. It has been this way for four days now and the lump has gone down just a little. Do you have any ideas what this could be, any possible treatments and if this could be a serious problem? Thank you in advance for any reply.

Well come to HCM
This could be friction injury, may swelling due to friction it is kind of trauma, if this is not paining or cause any discomfort then this is nothing to worry and at this point may not need any treatment but condition need to be kept under observation for any changes, like increasing swelling, tenderness, then this can be managed with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, (Condition may be self limiting ) take care.
