What Causes Lump On Perineum?

Hi, i have a very small lump on my perineum. I noticed it on Monday when i started to play football, it was a bit sore and red but it s gone right down now and ia getting smaller and smaller by the day and it doesn t hurt. Any suggestions what it could be? Thanks. Liam.

Dear Liam. it could be a boil which can be managed simply by applying paste of curcumin powder (pure turmeric) and clarified butter at night for few days. Any probable infection, inflammation etc will vanish. But it stains fabric, so pl wear carefully.
