I have a knot on the right side of my neck I have had for 3 plus years now there is a bulge along the right side of my neck in the area of my jugular vein my throat inside is sore hurts to swallow an the bulge is stiff but painful to the touch I have hair lose night sweats medications Prozac 80 mg a day wellbutron xl 300 mg a day adivan 3 times a day 29 year old female tonsils am adenoids removed as a child one natural successful birth to a healthy boy an one DNC both pregnancies were after age 23

You need FNAC of the node. U may be having tuberculosis in view of your symptoms. In any case needs to be investigated. Blood tests, ultrasound, clinical examination, x ray chest and so forth... take combiflam to start with. Injectable may be required
