What Causes Lump On Shin Along With Bruising And Pain In Joints?

Hi So about 2/3 days ago, the left side of my right leg, 4cms away from the ankle right up to below my knee (all the pain is on the side) started hurting all of a sudden when i actually did nothing to hurt it, i cant walk on it, i severely limp everywhere. Abnormal diagonal bump occuring close to the back of my calf. Symptoms: Tenderness, warm to touch, Decreased strength and movement, Bruising, Lump, Joint pain, On a scale of 1-10 it would be 7 and a half for the pain in walking, Alot of pain,

I really appreciate your concern, here the chances of formation of abscess could be likely, right now pain can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day keep the leg in elevated position and keep the swelling under observation, better to get done the clinical examination this is most advisable, may need some investigation, hope this information helps, take care.
