Hello and welcome to HCM,
You description tells that you are having a fluid filled lump and multiple moles on back of neck.
Fluid filled lump can a blister or a cyst.
A clinical assessment is required to know the nature of the lump.
Are the moles present since birth or they are newly developed ones.
Newly developed moles need to be investigated regarding their location, color, size, any association with pain, bleeding, discharge etc.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a dermatologist or skin specialist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations, diagnosis and thus management.

Thanks and take care
