HI i recently got into a physical altercation with my bf he slammed me to the ground and I have a lump the size of a chicken egg on the back of my skull... the fight went on and now i have two black eyes and a lump on my forehead as well... i do not want to involve law enforcement at all... what should I do? i m afraid i wont wake up in the morning and not sure if I have a concussion but i m too scared to do anything about it bc we ve been together a long time and had our quarrels but never this severe. I am in a very tight living situation and have nowhere else to go... we ve been together 3 years and im afraid to leave and love him despite his character flaws... i m not perfect either but have no health insurance and currently unemployed hoping for state aid. idk i guess this is stupid and you may be laughing at how dumb i am
Based on the history you seem to have developed findings suggestive of head injury until proved otherwise. I advise you to go the emergency room of your nearby hospital for further clinical assessment and appropriate treatment,
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
