What Causes Lump On The Cerebellum?

I have a Hard painless lump on the base of my skull. i.e on cerebellum..... Above the begining of spinal cord. It is very prominent when i touch it. It does not hurt. I have also started to develop a two more on top of my head. One on right and other of left is it new or just the seperation fron front of skull to the back of it.

I think this lump can be lipoma. You can better send me a photo of the lump and I can evaluate it better. No treatment is needed of it doesn't hurt. You can use surgery to treat it if it bothers you.
