What Causes Lump On The Neck Along With Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi. I have just found a lump in my neck underneath my ear about an inch and a half up from my collarbone in my right side, I also have been suffering from bad tiredness and pain in my abdomen with abnormal bleeding. I have been to the doctor lots but they never seem to have anything to say except that it s either muscular or viral

If there is vaginal bleeding...n pain in abdomen go for USG..n blood test..if there is lump..den it might be causing some serious problem..don't take it easy...
