What Causes Lump On The Posterior Wall Of Vagina?

I have a lump on the right posterior wall of my vaginal. The lump isn t painful but I have a lot of pain on the right side of my hip and right appendix area. I have had my appendix removed. I have had an ultrasound but nothing showed other than a cystic ovary. What do you think it could be.

Hi

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you.
Right side could be because of non specific colitis also or renal or uretric calculi which might sometimes not be detected in ultrasound. I advise you to take antispasmodics and plenty of fluids which will help in flushing of the stone if its present. If the ovarian cyst is large, then sometimes it might cause pain. Lump in the vagina needs to be excised.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.

Wish you speedy recovery. Take care.
