What Causes Lump On The Shoulder Along With Headaches And Neck Pain?
I have a small pimple kind of thing on the right back side of my shoulder. It s immovable. But I get head ache from behind my eye to back of my ear at 4 scale at times and the neck pain also the same scale. In My ear I keep getting hissing sound for the past 2-3 months. Can u kindly tell what that could be.

It could be a migraine headache but the involvement of your ear also does raise doubt for an ENT issue which will have to be examined by a specialist. But a migraine issue should be consider and adequately investigated by either a physician or a neurologist.
