What Causes Lump On The Top Of Buttocks?

Hi, I just found a lump on the top of my left butt cheek. Do you have any idea what this could mean or anything along those lines? I am not throwing up,I m not bleeding, I don t have a fever or anything like that but I kind of hurts when I press down on it. What could this be?

Hello, welcome to HCm. It is just like acne. This is due to sebaceous gland infection.Hence ther is pain when you press it. It resolves on itself. If the swelling increases or you are not able to tolerate pain, get advice from the doctor for the local treatement. Take care.
