Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....
As per your complain it seems that you have infection in the
salivary gland leading pus formation and the white discharge from the opening of the duct is pus..
As there is increase in swelling while eating there is also a possibility that there is obstruction in the duct of the gland due to formation of stones it and is causing backflow of saliva into the gland leading to swelling of gland..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can also advise investigations like
x ray or
MRI of the gland to confirm the cause..
In case of infection he can advise you antibiotics..
If there is stone formation removal either manually or surgically depending on location of stone can be advised..
As of now you can take painkiller like
diclofenac or
Ibuprofen for pain..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
