What Causes Lump Under The Adam S Apple?
I have a fleshy almost spongy lump just in front of my under the Adams apple. Went to the doctors who thought it could be thyroid problem and sent me for a scan but found no abnormality or thyroid problem but I m really uncomfortable with it and wonder if it will go away.

Swelling under Adams apple is mostly diffuse thyroid swelling. As your scan is normal it's simple thyroid hyperplasia. It doesn't cause any problems other can cosmetic reason. If you are uncomfortable then you can go for partial or hemi thyroidectomy.
