What Causes Lump Under The Skin Of Labia Majora When Diagnosed With PCOS?

I found a lump under my skin on my labia majoria it shows now sore outside the skin like an in grown hair would. It also does not itch and is not painful. I have PCOS which I know increases your chances of many cancers , should I be worried? Any ideas of what it could be?

you have to consult oncologist and take his view. i think without biopsy it is not posible to con firm malignancy. however oncologist can give more definite advise which can be authenticated.
