Hello ma'am and welcome.

Depending on the exact location I would either suspect folliculitis or Bartholin's cysts. The first thing would be an accurate diagnosis and if at all you feel shy to go to the doctor, write to me using our premium service where you can send images of the affected region to me for analysis. For now, make sure you do not touch or irritate them, apply warm compresses to the region several times a day and try taling sitz baths with lukewarm water and epsom salt.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
