Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have 2 marble sized lumps that seem attached in the space between my rectum and my vagina. They are bulging the vaginal wall but not coming through the wall. They are hard and don t seem to be mobile. The vaginal tissue moves over it but I can t move the lumps... they seem to be attached to something long and tough (maybe a muscle or something). It doesn t hurt and is located about an inch or so inside. I had an ultrasound and the radiologist said they need MRI. What can this be? I can t get in to a specialist for at least another month and it is worrisome.
As you explain the situation they might be an infection or cysts or lipomas etc.In my opinion the MRI is needed also but until your appointment comes go and see your doctor and he or she should advise you further
Regards
Dr.Jolanda
