What Causes Lumps From Inner Thigh To Knees For A Lymphedema And Lipoma Patient?

i have severe leg spasms mostly at night so bad that they wake me out of my sleep and i have little knots on both of my legs under my skin from my inner thigh down to my knees and this is both legs ive been diagnosed with lyphedema and have a lipoma on my right mid back which seems to be irritating at times what could it be i female in my 50

Regarding your experience of little knots from your thigh down to your knee with a history of lymphedema I believe strongly that these are conspicuous lymph node due to obstruction of the lymphatic vessels within your thigh region
Please do a scan of the thigh to locate the point of obstruction

Following your Lipoma episode I am suggesting you see a General surgeon for a liposuction procedure
