What Causes Lumps In Breast Which Oozes Puss After Squeezing?

Hello..I would like some info about these lumps that I always get on the bra line of my right breast. I never get them on my left breast. Everytime I go to the doctor, he numbed it and then proceeded to squeeze it until getting all the pus out. It hurt so bad when he squeezes the pus out. Im curious as to what causes these and why it only happens on my right side. Thanks

Hello,

The cause of recurrent breast abscess could be due to bacterial infection. If I were your treating doctor I would send the pus from the lumps for culture and sensitivity. That will detect the bacteria involved, and the antibiotic it is sensitive to; after which the antibiotic can be used to treat the infection completely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
