What Causes Lumps Inside The Vaginal Wall?

I feel and can see this huge ball like object (which is not an object) its like my insides...or something...inside my vigina...its so big to where when I hold a mirror ..I can see it....its so big to where I can t insert a tampon. What is this? It actually looks like two balls. Its weird.

From history it seems that you might be having prolapse of uterus or bladder producing lumps in vaginal wall.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
