What Causes Lumps, Itchy Rashes On Legs And Fatigue?

I thought I was having a problem with bug bites, but after 2-3 weeks, I have not seen any bugs and continue to have spreading lumps (small, just bigger than a pea), skin rash over some bumps and excessive itching. I have scratched in my sleep and have scabs on my legs and arms. Today I found a row of about 10 lumps in a row on the back of my right arm. My aunt just died of lymphoma, don.t know details. Fatigue and sweating are lesser symptoms but temps in FL higher, so could be dismissed.
