What Causes Lumps On Arm Post Treatment For Infected Breast Cysts?

Hello. I had infected breast cysts approx 7 months ago, which were drained & treated with oral antibiotics. I have noticed 3 irregular shaped lumps on the underside of each arm now. They are not tender, but I m curious whether they could be more cysts?
