General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your treatment for Rheumatoid arthritis and Disc degeneration, drugs are not responsible for causing this hard lump on the skull.

Several other factors should be looked after that. Most of the times some skin and hair infection on your scalp may be responsible as your treatment may cause reduced immunity.

So have a look for that. and apply antifungal shampoo for that.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
