What Causes Lumps Under Armpits Along With Warm Sensation Below The Breasts?

Warmth under both breast with skin tone pimples and I have had hairless under arms for a couple of. Years . Lumps under both arms below the arm pit with right being larger and having more pimple like bumps. Is there anything i can do to stop the itching/ and swelling. Also think I should mention my legs are hairless also
