Hi im a male with obesity. I have small lumps under skin, around the region of my man boobs (chest). They re not painful at all, the only way I notice them is by squeezing my skin together. There predominantly noticeable on the right side. Any ideas what these could be?
Dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. Fat can have lumps in it called lipoma's they are soft and generally large. There can be infections, boils, scars abnormal sweat glands but they are generally fairly obvious as something abnormal and inflamed. If there is enough glandular tissue it can have lumps. There is male breast cancer. It is in the center of the chest near the nipple, it is generally not multiple and not small so it sounds totally unlike what you are describing and the other possibilities mentioned are more likely but it requires an exam to make a real opinion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
