What Causes Lumps Under The Perineum Skin?
Have a lump under the skin of the perineum and has grown to the size of a grape in 3 days. Ideas? Has become tender to the touch and noticeable sitting and walking. I m 43 and have one partner and healthy and has not happened before. I m looking for a quick fix as Im on a long trip leaving in two days. Not looking for typical response of doctor needs to see it and should be looked at if possible. Thxs

From history it seems that there might be having ingrown hairfollicle infection or developing perineal abscess giving rise painfulr lump over the part.
consult doctor and get examined.
A course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine you will be alright.
Do not try to puncture or pop it.
