What Causes Lumpy Feeling In Throat?

I've been having a wierd lumpy feeling in my throat for the past week. It feels like i am going to throw up but I just drink water and I don't get sick. It's worse in the morning, fine in the day, and bad at night. I have a hard time sleeping. I have been going number 2 every morning when I usually don't. Is this acid reflux? I'm 19, have a 1yr old.

Hello,

You may be suffering from gastritis with gastroesophageal reflux disease which may cause pain in throat and burning. Avoid spicy food and alcohol and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Usually, bowel movements are more in the early morning, it is normal, so don't worry.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
