What Causes Lymph Nodes In A 13 Year Old?

my 13 year old boy has 2 lymphnodes less than 1 cm as doctor said soft mobile persistng 2.5 years he has chronic rhinitis tonsilitis frequent ear nose infection .I m worried about lymphnodes what to do? why these are persistng? they are in posterior triangle . He has normal growth etc Please help

1. Nothing need to be done as the size is less than 1 cm- which means they ar insignificant and will not require even evaluation.

2. These persist even with a small cough and cold.

3. I suggest you not to worry s he is growing normally.
