What Causes Lymph Nodes In Groin With Abdominal Pain ?
I am 21 and female. I have been extremely tired for 6 months no matter how much sleep I get. My lymph-nodes in my groin, armpit, and neck are constantly sore but rarely show any signs of being swollen. I have three circular rashes that itch and look like ringworm but I am pretty sure they are not. I have had them for three or so months. I also have sharp pains in my abdominal area. What could this all be?

swelling in the lymph nodes an be due to any infection in the body. the site of it could be adjacent to the area of its drainage. you can get a CT scan of the abdomen done to see the focus of infection. get checked by a dermatologist regarding your patches and get the right treatment done...
