General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM!
I read your case with great attention. First of all, you are clearly obese, because your Body Mass Index is around 47! Therefore, a part of your gynecomastia is obviously related to the increase fat mass in your body and in you chest area. In this case you need not to worry as it is a side effect of obesity.
But you also could be experiencing a hormonal imbalance and lowering of testosterone levels. In this case you should measure the testosterone level in order to determine if it is really gynecomastia or not. You did not provide any information whether you are taking any medicament at the moment, but in case you are using for a long time anti-fungal drugs or stomach anti-acid drugs or certain blood lowering drugs, then this also might cause gynecomastia.
I hope I answered your concerns! Best!
