What Causes Malodorous Stool?
Good Evening, I just recently noticed that my feces smells like moth balls. I am very concerned because in 2011, I was diagnosed with colon cancer. Although I am cancer free now, cancer did not run in my family and so things that are abnormal for me, I tend to get very concerned.

Bad odor from feces is suggestive of gastrointestinal infection. It is not suggestive of colon cancer. I suggest you to consult your gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and colonoscopy if required.
