What Causes Mark On Underside Of Penis And Discomfort In Head?

Hi there, I have just noticed a VERY small (1mm) mark on the underside of the shaft of my penis. It doesn t really hurt unless I press it really hard. When I stretch the skin it does appear to be raised a little in that area - it almost looks like it s over a vein. I have visited my doctor last week because I was having some discomfort in the head of my penis but this has all but gone. He did a urine test and nothing was reported back. I am circumsized.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your description it seems to be a inflammatory rash might be related to infection or allergic reaction.

Here I would like to know about your age and relevant medical history like recent exposure to unprotected sex?

You should keep it clean and moist
Apply any antiseptic ointment like mupirocin or soframycun
Avoid sex until it heals or use condom.

If it doesn't improve than you should go for blood sugar testing and test for STI.

Hope this helps you
best wishes
