Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be because of decrease collagen content in skin. Take Vitamin C supplements daily. Avoid scratching/rubbing the skin. If you have itching, take Levocetirizine/Cetirizine tablets. In case of worsening of rash or appearance of new lesions, do consult your Dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Siva Subramanian
