What Causes Mass Of Tissue On The Opening Of Vagina?

I have a mass of tissue in the opening of my vagina I ve seen a doctor and was told is excess skin. If I push down the mass pushed out. Recently it s started to get worse and sex is painful and sometimes causes the mass to bleed also I ve been experiencing pelvic pain. Also after sex the inside of my vagina feels like it bulges and I get a really heavy sensation for hours which is relieved if I lay down. As soon as I sit or stand the pressure in my vagina comes back and is really uncomfortable.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
If it is coming inside of your vagina it can be cervical or endometrial polyp.
However if just outside of vaginal orifice can be Bartholin cyst.
Consult your Doctor for local examination & further intervention.
Take care
