Hello, You are suffering from meatus swelling, redness and discomfort. This symptom commonly occurs due to allergy to certain latex condoms, use of lubricants since you are sexually active. You had STD test done and it was good but you are still experiencing the symptoms. Medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are UTI, yeast infection, trauma from rough sex, etc. You are suggested to maintain good hygiene, wear soft cotton clothes. Take bath regularly, get clothes washed everyday. Avoid wearing clothes and undies on which you have sweated. You can apply ointment Soframycin on the affected area for relief. Get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done so that you can take specific antibiotic that will reduce infection. Get clinically examined by a Urologist if it is fungal infection you will be treated with a course of oral antifungal and you will be instructed to apply antifungal cream on the area affected.
