ENT Specialist 's  Response
HGi, Your condition needs frequent follow ups first with the treating Dr. the reasons are
Mixed Connective tissue disorder
Anemia
Leucopenia
Chronic sinusitis
all the above are provoking factors to get infected with opportunistic infections like fungi , pneumocystii carini and parasitic infestation because of low immunity. So please visit your Dr when you have first symptom itself. Take care.
