What Causes Melasma Despite Using Cutilite And Melaglow Cream?

Hi dr my self mahaveer age 26 from India.I suffering from Melasma from 4 months ,i took the treatment and dr prescribed me to cutilite microemulsion cream and mela glow and glyaha koj soap then also the scar of Melasma not cured complete , my skin is glowing day by day but that Melasma scar not going .Please suggest me what to do

Thank you for posting on HCM.

The drugs you are using are adequate for the treatment. In our OPD setup in case the scar persists, we suggest using Hydroquinone (Depig)O/M and Cap Isotretinoin for 14 days to get better relief. These are prescription drugs, so you may need to consult your GP to get these medicines. Also in case you develop any irritation, you need to immediately stop using the drugs.
