Hello,

You have a history of minor stoke and had confusion and memory loss almost a month ago. Presently, you are experiencing buzzing sensation in your head. Unusual sensations can occur after a stroke. It depends on the type of stroke. If the stroke affects the balance mechanism then a person can feel dizzy, off balance or as if their head is full.

Get clinically examined by an ENT doctor to rule out presence of any fluid in the ears, tinnitus or vertigo or some cause other than the stroke. If there is problem in balance mechanism, rehabilitation and special exercises sometimes help. Stroke is caused by a clot or bleed that interrupts blood flow to part of the brain.

Since you also had eyes rolling back and body feeling stiff it may be indicative of TIA (transient ischemic attack) that causes difficulty seeing in one or both eyes, sudden stiffness, numbness, tingling in the arms, legs, one side of the body.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, do not neglect. Get all blood tests done to detect blood glucose level, triglyceride, cholesterol, lipid function tests, etc. along with imaging tests done. You will be accordingly treated. You may be referred to a Cardiologist or a Neurologist. You may need to take Clopidogrel (Plavix) to prevent more blood clots from forming. You will be advised diet control and exercises to prevent carotid artery disease, CAD.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
