What Causes Menstrual Bleeding Only During Urination?

My period only seems to be coming out when i clean my vagina. There is nothing on the pad, but this morning there was blood on my underwear since i didnt know i would start. I seem to be having cramps im guessing. They hurt really bad. and honestly no blood seems to be getting on the pad.

I feel the unexpected bleeding you bad with lot of cramping...seems to be bleeding from urethra...The cramps were colics while passing urwthral stone.
please get your urine checked( routine & microscopic.) it will show red blood cells / oxaltes or uric acid granules.
consultation of a urologist for further investigations &treatment of the condition
. By the time...keep on drinking lot of water.take pain medicine for controlling the cramps.
