What Causes Menstrual Cramping And Muscle Pull In Groin?
For the past week and a half i have had menstrual like cramps and feeling like i pulled muscles in my groin area. On the 7th cramps changed to a pinching towards middle left side.Today(3-9-15) I woke up and pinching was gone. Im not due for period til 3-13.I would like to know is what can cause these symptoms?

Well come to HCM
Such symptom of pain may be because of dysmenorrhea and this can be best managed with Tab Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen at the time of pain, in my opinion medicine can only be taken when pain is unbearable else such a condition is self limiting, take care and have a nice day.
