What Causes Menstrual Cramps Without Any Bleeding In One With Premenopausal Symptoms?
Hi, I am 43 years old and I have had been going through premenopausal changes for a few years. It started off having PMS symptoms, something I never had, to skipping a month or two to longer and heavier periods. In the last 3 years, I have had maybe one period per year. Just last week I had breast soreness, then this week I started feeling menstrual cramps and spotted that morning but it stopped. The second day I went all day nothing but I still had the cramps like my period was coming on. Last night I had signs again that it was coming down but through the night it seems to have stopped again and so far today no bleeding but still a slight cramping. Can you explain what may be going on?
hi, As per symptoms it seems you are about to have premature menopause.so this has to be confirmed. first you have to get a scan of the uterus done.then you have to check your : thyroid levels estrogen levels cbc if premature menopause is confirmed then you have to start hormone therapy... lower levels of estrogen causes loss of calcium from bones, osteoporosis, knee pain and increased fractures...as far as bones are concerned.hope this answer was helpful. thank you
