Hello,

I would advise you to have a urinary pregnancy first. Pregnant women may have some bleeding in the first trimester. If the pregnancy test is positive and you have no pain, just keep an eye on the bleeding. If the bleeding increases or you start to get low abdominal pain, you should have a check with your doctor and a transvaginal ultrasound to make sure the pregnancy is in the womb.

If the pregnancy test is negative then this is a period and you will need to continue trying for pregnancy. If you get irregular bleeding again then you will need a check with the doctor to understand the cause of the irregular bleeding.

I hope this answers your query and is helpful to you. Let me know if I may assist you further.

Regards,
