What Causes Menstrual Irregularities?

I have irregular periods since i started menstruating. I got married now and my husband is working abroad, we stayed together for six months and in those six months i was menstruating regularly every month. I could not figure it out the reason behing it because now i am away from my husband and again irregularity in periods. Could you plz suggest me any treatment for this because i didnt evn conceive yet

it is a psychological problem take counselling from clinical psychologist. there will not be any problem in conceiving when you stay with your husband for longer period.
