What Causes Menstruation Post Menopause?

I think I started menstruating again. I am 67 years old. I do not have any pain but I feel drained the same when I was young. Rationally there must be something wrong. Truthfully I do not think this should be possible at my age. Is this a symptom of something bad? I am definitely going to see my primary physician tomorrow morning.

Hello. Its not a good sign. Please seen your gyanecologist. Get a thorough examination. Consider doing a pap smear and a vaginal ultrasound. Regards.
