What Causes Mental Confusion Along With Severe Chills And Fatigue While On Donepezil?

My husband is having mental confusion, severe chills, fatigue, and feels like he is moving slowly. He is diabetic (type2). He is on 5mg of donepezil and 14mg of Namenda for the confusion and memory loss. He is so cold most of the time (chest, arms and legs) or at times, has heavy sweating. Blood work isn t showing any reason for these crazy symptoms. Any ideas? email is YYYY@YYYY . Thank you.

* As per my clinical experience, the Donepezil is used for Alzheimers condition and it is Acetylcholine esterase inhibitor molecule.

* There are various side effects of the Donepezil, which are:

- dizziness

- drowsiness

- headache

- nausea

- bloating

- difficulty in sleeping

- muscle cramps

- bruises

- weight loss

* Kindly discuss the chances of above in your case and get further direction from your treating physician.
