Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of metallic taste in mouth and frequent urination which seems to be due to underlying systemic pathology such as peripheral neuropathy, Vitamin B12 deficiencies and due to electrolyte imbalance.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult your general physician once and get evaluated and after a thorough clinical evaluation proper diagnosis can be ruled out and treatment can be done accordingly.

- You should chew flavoured sugarfree chewing gum to avoid bad taste in mouth.

- Maintain complete oral hygiene.

- Gargle with antimicrobial mouthwash.

- Drink plenty of water.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
