What Causes Middle Back Pain After An Injury?
I slipp on some stairs. I landed on the stairs on my back. My middle left side hurts. Pretty much underneath where your arm would rest if letting it hang at your side. Coughing impossible. Twisting either right or left excruciating pain. Bending is not painful. Pain is above hip and below arm pit. Almost at the back side of rib cage. It s bad!

There might be many causes such as fracture of c5,c6 ,spine.,ribs fractures,lung paranchymatous injury,mild lacerations on d site of fall...the patient must undergo mri scan,x ray,for further details
